Business and Employment Law, Florida

Let our Extensive Experience in the Courtroom Work for You!

At The Saenz Law Firm PA, we provide the following legal services.

Age, Disability, Sex, Race, Religion Discrimination

Partner, R. Martin Saenz, secured a record verdict of over 21 Million Dollars on behalf of a kitchen employee against a multinational company. We care about results. Amazing results for deserving employees are a plus!

Worker's Compensation Retaliation

Employees are routinely terminated after they exercise their right to request benefits after a work accident. We can help.

Unpaid Wages

The non-payment of overtime and minimum wages, and the non-payment of earned commissions is rampant. We can strategically position you to get the maximum benefits allowed by law.

Defense of Businesses

In our current litigious environment, hard working, exemplary businesses can often fall victim of non-meritorious claims. Because we have litigated hundreds (if not more than one thousand) cases, we have a unique perspective that can help your business create the best litigation strategy or to prevent litigation.

Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

Large employers have an obligation to provide FMLA literature and explain leave options when an employee (or an immediate family member) has a serious medical condition and requests time off. When large employers do not offer FMLA leave, they may be in violation of Federal law.

Private Whistleblower Litigation

Frequently employees are terminated because they refused to do something illegal or because they testified or participated in an official government investigation. Strategy is everything to effectively litigate (and win) a whistleblower case.

We are ready to help you.
